01 — Fully automated calculations

CAP runs a fully automated calculation chain from the user’s inputs, through modeling to the generation of results and reports. No BridgeKernel engineer reviews or validates the inputs, assumptions or results before they are made available.

Supported bridge types and deliverables are those presented in the interface.

02 — User checks and responsibility

You are responsible for checking that input data is complete and consistent, including units and load cases, and that the modeling assumptions and calculation methods apply to the structure being studied. You must check the consistency and order of magnitude of the results before using them.

BridgeKernel does not approve the structure, replace required independent checks or assume the duties of the project designer.

03 — Orders, prices and delivery

The price, taxes, included deliverable and estimated processing conditions are displayed before an order is confirmed. Payment and refund conditions are those presented at checkout and on the receipt.

04 — Ownership and permitted use

You retain rights in project data you submit. Subject to payment and these terms, you may use the generated report for the associated project. BridgeKernel retains rights in its software, report templates, methods, branding and documentation.

05 — Availability and liability

Online services may be interrupted for maintenance, security or incidents. The applicable purchase terms, mandatory law and any stated contractual limitation govern warranties and liability.
