01 — Project data submitted online

The service processes form inputs, project identifiers, uploaded files where the selected calculation supports them, calculation status, numerical outputs and generated reports. This content is used to perform the requested calculation, produce the report and make it available in the user's account.

BridgeKernel does not use confidential project data for unrelated marketing or to train artificial-intelligence models.

02 — Account and service data

• —Project and job history needed to resume, audit or download a calculation.
• —Purchase, invoice and entitlement status.
• —Service, security, crash and performance logs.
• —Support correspondence and files deliberately shared with support.

03 — Providers and security

The service relies on contracted providers for authentication, cloud hosting and storage, email delivery, monitoring and payment processing. Firebase is used for account services and Paddle for applicable website purchases. Complete payment-card data is handled by the payment provider, not BridgeKernel.

Data is encrypted in transit. Access to production systems is restricted to operational needs.

04 — Retention and deletion

Projects, calculation records and reports are retained while needed to provide account history and downloads. An accepted deletion request for a project or account triggers deletion from active systems, subject to backup expiry and records retained for security, accounting, tax or legal obligations.

Invoices and transaction evidence may be retained for the statutory period even after project content is deleted.

05 — Your rights and contact

You may request access, correction, export or deletion of personal data in accordance with applicable law. Contact contact@bridgekernel.com or use the account-deletion control where available.
