SECTIONPRO TERMS

01 — Product and license

SectionPro is professional structural-section software. A license is personal and may not be shared, resold or used to provide unauthorized access to another person.

The exact features, device rights, duration and renewal conditions of an offer are those displayed before purchase and confirmed on the receipt.

02 — Engineering responsibility

SectionPro is a calculation aid, not an engineering certification service. You remain responsible for input data, assumptions, code selection, result interpretation and the final design decision.

Results must be checked by a suitably qualified professional before they are relied upon for a project.

03 — Accounts, purchases and cancellation

Paid access may be sold through an app store or Paddle. Renewal, cancellation, refund and tax rules are presented by the seller at checkout and on the receipt. Store purchases are also governed by the relevant store terms.

You are responsible for keeping account credentials secure and for notifying BridgeKernel of suspected unauthorized access.

04 — Ownership

You retain rights in your project data and outputs. BridgeKernel retains all rights in SectionPro, its code, documentation, interface and included content. Unauthorized copying, redistribution or reverse engineering is prohibited to the extent allowed by law.

05 — Availability and liability

The software and connected services are provided subject to applicable law and the limitations stated in the end-user license. Online account, purchase and update services may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or incidents.
