SBP is BridgeKernel’s iPhone app for prestressed concrete section calculations. Calculations run on your device, without an SBP account or uploads of your projects to a BridgeKernel server. Apple and RevenueCat process information needed for the trial and the purchase.
01 — Models and results
Manually saved models contain geometry, passive reinforcement, tendons, materials, actions, stages and combinations, along with project parameters. Results remain available during the session and must be recalculated after loading. Loading a bundled example creates an independent model; the bundled file is not changed.
02 — Tutorial and PDF reports
Tutorial progress and data may be retained locally to resume the guided example. PDF reports are generated on the device and may contain project and engineer details, inputs and selected results. You choose whether to save or share them; shared copies are handled by the recipient.
03 — Purchase and trial
Apple bills the one-time purchase using your Apple Account and records the free trial activation. RevenueCat validates and restores the purchase with an anonymous installation identifier, without an SBP account. Processed data includes transaction identifiers and receipts, the product, purchase date, amount and currency and technical app and device information. SBP stores the trial start, analysis count and verified access information on the device, separately from models. Your models, loads, results and PDFs are not sent to RevenueCat. BridgeKernel does not receive payment card details.
04 — RevenueCat and Apple services
RevenueCat acts for BridgeKernel to validate and restore the purchase and produce purchase analytics. Data may be processed in the United States with applicable transfer safeguards. Apple handles payments, diagnostics and backups under its policies and your settings. Browsing the BridgeKernel website is handled separately by website services.
05 — Retention and deletion
Models remain on the device until changed or deleted. Tutorial files, PDFs and shared copies are separate. Uninstalling removes files in the app container; access information stored in the local Keychain may remain. PDFs saved elsewhere and backups must be managed separately. Purchase records may be retained for purchase restoration and legal obligations.
06 — Support and data rights
When you contact BridgeKernel, your email, message and deliberately provided files are used to respond. Remove unnecessary confidential information. You may request access, correction or deletion of purchase or support data at the address below, subject to legal obligations.
