These terms apply to the bridgekernel.com website. Each app has its own terms, available from the selector above.
01 — Use of the website
The website presents BridgeKernel calculation software and gives access to some online services. Content, software and trademarks remain the property of BridgeKernel. Calculation results assist the engineer, who remains responsible for their assumptions and conclusions.
02 — Purchases and payment
Purchases made on the website are processed by Paddle.com, the reseller and Merchant of Record for these orders. Paddle collects payment, issues the invoice and handles applicable taxes. Purchases made in mobile apps are processed by the App Store.
03 — Refunds
For a purchase made on the website, contact us within 14 days of purchase: the request is reviewed and the refund is processed by Paddle. For a purchase in a mobile app, the request is made to Apple.
04 — Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without prejudice to the mandatory rights you enjoy in your country of residence.
