01 — Description of the service
BridgeKernel publishes structural analysis software for civil engineering professionals, available on:
- —iOS and Android (mobile applications)
- —Windows and macOS (desktop applications)
02 — User responsibility
This software has been extensively tested and validated against recognized theoretical solutions. The user is responsible for:
- —The validity and accuracy of input data
- —The interpretation and validation of results
- —The application of professional judgment
- —Compliance with applicable codes and standards
03 — Limitation of liability
BridgeKernel is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for:
- —Any calculation error or technical inaccuracy
- —Data loss or service interruptions
- —Any damage resulting from use
04 — Intellectual property
All content, software, algorithms, text, and graphics of BridgeKernel are the exclusive property of the publisher and are protected by intellectual property laws.
Copying, modification, reverse engineering, or any unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
05 — Service availability
We strive to provide a continuous service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or technical issues. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
06 — Accounts and devices
Each license is linked to a personal account and can be used on a maximum of 3 devices simultaneously. This covers normal usage across multiple devices — for example a desktop computer, a laptop, and a phone — but is not intended for sharing between multiple people. You can manage your devices from your account page.
07 — Subscriptions and payments
Premium subscriptions are managed through our payment provider Paddle.
- —Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled
- —Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period
- —In accordance with European regulations, you have 14 days after purchase to request a refund. Requests are processed by Paddle, our payment provider
- —Non-Premium users have a limited number of free calculations
