01 — Local calculation data

Geometry, materials, reinforcement, loads, results and exported files remain on the device unless you deliberately share them, for example in a support request.

BridgeKernel does not use SectionPro project content to train artificial-intelligence models.

02 — Account and operational data

We process only the data needed to operate and support the product.

• —Account identity and sign-in method.
• —Entitlement, subscription and purchase status.
• —Device records used to apply personal-license limits.
• —Crash, performance and usage diagnostics where these services are enabled.
• —Information you choose to send to support.

03 — Service providers

Authentication and account synchronization use Firebase services. Purchases are processed by the applicable app store or by Paddle, depending on the platform and offer. BridgeKernel does not receive complete payment-card details.

Providers process data under their own terms and only for the purposes required to deliver their service.

04 — Retention and deletion

Account and entitlement data are retained while the account or entitlement is active. Records required for tax, accounting, fraud prevention or legal compliance may be kept for the applicable statutory period.

Local SectionPro files remain under your control. An account-deletion request removes personal account data from active systems subject to the legal, security and backup exceptions above.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal data and exercise the rights available under applicable data-protection law. Contact contact@bridgekernel.com or use the account-deletion control where available.
