These terms apply to RCS and SBA, the BridgeKernel iPhone apps for reinforced concrete section calculations. They supplement the applicable Apple license and do not limit rights provided by mandatory law.
01 — Subscriptions and historical purchases
New plans are weekly or yearly auto-renewable subscriptions. All analyses and PDF reports are included without a quota throughout access. The yearly plan is billed in full each year. The price, currency and terms shown by Apple at the time of purchase apply. Yearly savings compare 52 weekly payments in the same currency and round down. Each app has its own access rights: buying RCS does not unlock SBA. Historical lifetime purchases remain valid without a subscription and include updates to the purchased app, subject to compatibility.
02 — Introductory free trial
The 7-day free trial within the subscription includes unlimited analyses and PDFs. At the end, Apple automatically bills the chosen plan unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. Historical trials of 7 days or 5 analyses retain their original limits and are not automatically converted to subscriptions. After expiry, new calculations and exports require active access; local models and files remain.
03 — Renewal, restoration and refunds
The subscription automatically renews at the applicable Apple price unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel renewal in Apple subscriptions. Access remains active until the granted period ends. Use Restore Purchases with the Apple Account used to buy it. Apple handles refund requests under applicable rules.
04 — Engineering use
The app assists reinforced concrete section calculations. Before relying on a result, a qualified professional must verify the inputs, units, selected code, assumptions and suitability of the calculation for the project. Section results do not replace the checks required for the complete structure. You remain responsible for your inputs and decisions based on the results.
05 — License and contact
Apple’s Standard EULA applies to copies obtained through the App Store unless the publisher provides an applicable custom license. Warranties, liability and mandatory rights remain governed by the applicable license and law. Contact BridgeKernel with any questions.
