These terms apply to SBP, BridgeKernel’s French-language iPhone app for prestressed concrete section analysis. They supplement the applicable Apple license and do not limit rights provided by mandatory law.
01 — One-time purchase
Full access to SBP is a non-consumable one-time purchase, with no subscription: a single payment that never renews. All analyses and PDF exports are included without a quota. Future SBP updates are included at no extra cost, subject to device compatibility. No account is required. Launch price: €24.99 / $24.99; regular price: €49.99 / $49.99. The price and currency shown by Apple when confirming the purchase apply. SBP access rights are specific to this app; an SBA or RCS purchase does not unlock SBP.
02 — Free trial
The free trial gives full access for 7 days or 20 successful analyses, whichever comes first. The VIPP tutorial remains available without a purchase. Trial activation uses a free Apple product and does not authorize any later charge: no purchase is triggered when the trial ends. After the trial, new calculations and exports require the one-time purchase; local models and files remain.
03 — Restoration and refunds
The purchase does not renew and there is no subscription to cancel. Apple bills the purchase and RevenueCat validates access and its restoration. To restore the purchase on a new device or after reinstalling, use Restore Purchases in SBP settings with the Apple Account used to buy it. Apple handles refund requests under applicable rules.
04 — Engineering use
SBP assists prestressed section calculations under EC2, BPEL and SIA 262. You are responsible for geometry, materials, units, prestress, its losses and variants, stages and combinations. A qualified professional must verify assumptions, results and their suitability for the project. Bundled examples are editable input sets, not design specifications. Required passive steel areas do not provide automatic bar placement. Section results do not replace checks of the complete structure.
05 — License and contact
Apple’s Standard EULA applies to copies obtained through the App Store unless the publisher provides an applicable custom license. Warranties, liability and mandatory rights remain governed by the applicable license and law. Contact BridgeKernel with any questions.
